Northridge is a neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles, so roof and ADU permits go through LADBS, not the county.

Replacing more than half of the roof means a Cool Roof Rating Council certified product. We include it in the price.
ADUs: pre-approved plans
LA's Standard Plan Program has pre-approved ADU designs that shorten plan check. We'll tell you honestly whether one fits your lot.
No replacement parking for a garage conversion
California law doesn't make you replace the parking when a garage becomes an ADU. That is often what makes a garage conversion the easiest ADU to permit.

How much is a new roof in Northridge?
